Starting with a drumbeat the evokes for me of "Chelsea Dagger" (in a good way) this song pauses as if it has the most important thing to say and it draws you in. I has you leaning forward. Expectant. Then it hits you.

Again and again.

Recorded in a rehearsal space of some kind, the video does the band no favours, but they show what they are capable of live, with a highly competent and polished delivery. "Take Control of Your Mind" they sing and good advice that is too. Blending the best elements of Company for Henry with a direct and brave approach they tick all the boxes for a post-punk workout.

I would imagine they are best seen live, and I plan to catch them at the earliest opportunity. If my curator allows it.
